.生披薩麵團.................454克
.蛋...................................1顆
.莫札瑞拉起司條.........28條
.融化的奶油..................1/4杯
.磨碎的帕瑪森起司.....1/2杯
.切碎的羅勒..................1湯匙
.切碎的香菜...................2湯匙
.切碎的迷迭香..............2湯匙
.切末的大蒜...................1瓣
.馬里納拉醬
製作步驟:
1.烤箱預熱至約232°C
2.將披薩麵團擀開,然後將麵團均等切成30小塊
3.將每塊莫札瑞拉起司包入麵團中,並捏緊、封口
4.再將麵團放在半尺寸烤盤上,麵團封口需朝下,並且排成聖誕樹的形狀
5.聖誕樹的麵團表面刷上蛋液
6.放入烤箱烘烤15~20分鐘,直到麵包表面呈金黃色並微微膨脹
7.將融化的奶油、大蒜和香草攪拌均勻,放在小碗中
8.將香草奶油淋在烘烤後的金黃色麵包上
9.撒上磨碎的帕瑪森起司,可增加麵包風味
10.沾馬里納拉醬一起食用,就完成了!
